Chocolate and bananas are considered aphrodisiacs. Aphrodisiac?..Well its an agent to increase your sexual desire. The name comes from the Greek goddess of love, beauty and sexual rapture, Aphrodite.

Certain foods have gained a reputation for increasing libido. The resemblance of an avocado to a testicle may be one of the reason people believe that eating avocado will increase their sexual drive. These beliefs date back to the ancient Aztecs; in their language "ahuacatl", which was also the word for testicle.

Oysters can change their sex from male to female and back, giving rise to claims that the oyster lets one experience both the masculine and feminine sides of love. Oyesters are high in zinc, which helps releasing testosterone; this may be the true
contributor to sexual effects.

Caviar, another aphrodisiac that is high in zinc. It has qualities that nourish end enhance nerve cells, which can heighten romantic feelings.

Asparagus is also known for its ability to heighten sexual drive. It has vitamin E, which has been suspected to raise sexual stimulation.

Capsaicin may also help spice up your love life. Chili peppers stimulate nerve endings that increase heart rate and enhance the release of endorphins.(Endorphins are neurotransmitters that create pleasureable feelings.)

Lastly chocolate is a good aphrodisiac, which has mild central nervous system stimulants that help improve one's mood. Phenylethylamine is the substance in chocolate thats does the trick.

So guys..nest time when you are cooking dinner for your significant other, don't forget the asparagus and caviar with chocolate covered bananas for desset!
